Wellness & Performance Coaching
What Coaching Sessions Look Like
Wellness and Performance Coaching is collaborative and goal-oriented. Sessions focus on:
Identifying personal, professional, performance, or health-related goals and what is blocking them
Clarifying subconscious patterns that interfere with progress
Addressing stress responses that limit execution, confidence, or consistency
Decreasing internalized negativity while increasing the boundaries of stress tolerance and performance
Supporting nervous system regulation and adaptability
Enhancing physical vitality, health, resilience, and the energetic field as it relates to wellness and performance
This is not talk therapy. While insight often emerges, coaching relationships are aimed at creating real-world change through an improved mindset, reduced stress sensations and life impacts, an increased stress-coping capacity, and increased overall health—rather than introspection using therapy methodology and treatment.
In addition, coaching relationships may allow for deeper integration and collaboration and at times enhanced mentorship between coach and client.
Modalities Utilized in Coaching
Coaching sessions may incorporate a range of mind-body and performance-based approaches, including but not limited to:
Advanced Neuro Emotional Technique applications
CRA, BSI, and other wellness-oriented and holistic balancing techniques
Pattern interruption as well as stress physiology and nervous system optimization
Mind-body integration strategies for high-demand environments
Support for clearing energetic and metaphysical interference
Quantum energetic support
Unlike EMDR, which is a comprehensive psychotherapeutic modality, these approaches are used in a non-clinical, coaching-based framework focused on insight, performance, and self-directed change.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)
Used to identify and resolve subconscious emotional stress patterns that interfere with performance, decision-making, confidence, or physical health. I use NET to facilitate growth, capacity, and alignment in coaching. Note: NET is an in-person modality. Emotional clearing sessions that occur online often use overlapping principles but are not considered to be NET sessions.
Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA)
Used to evaluate physiological stress and support optimal organ and system function, including nutritional and lifestyle strategies. CRA allows coaching to address performance and wellness from a physical foundation as well as a mental one.
Bio-Systems Integration (BSI)
Used to assess the various systemic factors involved in current challenges, including those related to various aspects of whole body functioning and the body’s priority needs. When appropriate, referrals are made to qualified providers who perform structural bodywork interventions or other potentially necessary interventions.
Coaching Format and Packages or Subscriptions
Although major shifts can happen in just one session, an ongoing coach-client relationship is ideal for the longest lasting and most impactful results. In addition to recurring sessions, I offered discounted packages as well as monthly subscription services.
Sessions, packages, and subscriptions are customized based on goals, desired outcomes, performance demands, and timeline.
Key Differences From Psychotherapy
Coaching does not involve mental health diagnosis or treatment
Superbills are not available for submission to insurance
Available across geographic boundaries
Mindset and well being focused rather than symptom focused
Emphasis on optimization, capacity, and performance
Because this work is coaching-based rather than clinical, it allows for flexibility and integration across performance, wellness, and personal development domains. Coaching is ideal for individuals who are generally functioning well but want to maximize their wellness and performance.
If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder and reside in Oklahoma or Kansas, psychotherapy is an appropriate option.
If you are seeking enhanced wellness, performance enhancement, nervous system optimization, or personal growth without mental health treatment, Wellness & Performance Coaching is the appropriate fit.
If you are unsure or would like more information, a Discovery Call can help determine the most appropriate path forward.
If you are looking to improve your capacity, create the life you know you deserve, and achieve alignment between who you are and the goals you have for your health, performance, and life in general—then wellness and performance coaching may be for you.
This work is ideal for:
Individuals not seeking treatment for a mental health diagnosis but feeling held back by subconscious patterns, stress response patterns, lack of energy or bandwidth, or unresolved internal friction
Clients seeking help to overcome internal blocks that impede optimal health and nervous system regulation
Athletes seeking improved performance, recovery, and consistency under pressure
Executives, business owners, and leaders who feel blocked, burned out, or unable to operate at their desired level
Performers who struggle with internal limits, stage pressure, or confidence
Coaching is on based on increasing capacity by addressing internal mindset, stress, and wellness blocks.
